Technical Descriptions

MCV1 – Hang by the head inspection system

  • Two-camera system with a top surface camera and side dimensional cameras.
  • M3 to M14 Diameter, 10mm to 70mm length under the head.
  • Max shank diameter 18mm for feeding in hang by the head bowl.
  • 360-degree thread or shank inspection station.
  • Eddy current equipped for hardness verification.

MCV2- XTR – Glass V Track inspection system

  • Single Camera system for side dimensional inspection.
  • Shank Diameter 5-25mm,  10mm to 130mm Length
  • Designed to inspect bolts, springs, pins, shafts, and cylindrical parts.

MCV 5 – Glass Dial inspection system

  • 5 camera system with surface, dimensional, and internal thread cameras.
  • 5-45mm diameter, 1-30mm height.
  • Designed to inspect Rivets, Nuts, Washers, and Bushings.

MCV3 – Hang by the head inspection system

  • Two-camera system with a top surface camera and side dimensional cameras.
  • M6 to M24 Diameter, 20mm to 220mm length under the head.
  • Max shank diameter 28mm for feeding in hang by the head bowl.
  • 360-degree thread or shank inspection station.
  • Eddy current equipped for hardness verification.
